EMI Terms & Conditions
1. EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) is a facility that gives you the freedom to buy the product and make equated monthly payments thereby making the payment process easier for the customers. You can avail EMI payment option at Krgkart.com using Razorpay payment gateway.
2. Products worth ₹ 4999 or more can be purchased at Krgkart.com in EMIs of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months. Different banks offer different interest rates and tenure coverage for EMIs. Please choose your option carefully while paying your amount.
3. EMI payment option is currently available for credit and debit card holders. To see the list of banks available for EMI, please refer to “EMI Options” on the product page or EMI Options on Razorpay Payment Gateway page.
4. Bank may charge interest charges, processing fees, taxes, etc. to the customers for availing of the EMI option. These are subject to the bank and their customers, Krgkart does not take any responsibility for the same. Krgkart does not charge the customers for any additional charges for EMI and Krgkart does not take any responsibility for any additional charges paid by the customers to the Bank.
5. If the customer wants to cancel an order and wants a refund. The purchase amount will be refunded by Krgkart. In some cases, cancellation charges may apply. The interest on EMI or any other charges paid to the Bank will not be refunded by Krgkart under any circumstances. For this, you can contact your respective bank.
6. The EMI amount and charges displayed on the product page may vary with the EMI amount and charge options displayed on the Razorpay payment gateway page. Once you select EMI as the payment option, the actual EMI amount will be calculated and displayed automatically on the Razorpay payment gateway page.
